Smarter Bulk Actions for Large Calls
Managing hundreds of entries just got easier. We added a new "Select all matching filters" option to your entry and artwork lists.
Before, you could only select entries on the current page. Now you can select every entry that matches your current filters - even if they're spread across dozens of pages. Perfect for accepting all entries from a specific category or marking pieces by medium.
Try it now: Go to any call with lots of entries, set some filters, and look for the new bulk selection options at the top of your list.
Better PayPal Checkout Experience
We fixed several checkout issues that were confusing artists during payment.
The PayPal dropdown now shows you exactly what you're buying as soon as you pick a pricing tier. No more guessing if your selection registered. We also stopped generic error messages from covering up helpful payment details.
Plus, when you duplicate a paid call, all your pricing tiers now copy over correctly. No more rebuilding your fee structure from scratch.
For galleries: Your duplicated calls will keep their complete pricing setup. For artists: You'll see clearer feedback during checkout.
Jurors Can Now See Custom Question Answers
Jurors asked for this one a lot. Custom questions you add to entry forms now show up during jury review - right alongside the artist statement and piece details.
Whether you ask about inspiration, technique, or experience level, jurors will see those answers when they're scoring entries. This gives them the full picture you intended.

Smoother Square Integration for Galleries
If you use Square for your gallery sales, we fixed a timing issue that sometimes created duplicate items in your catalog. Your EntryThingy showcases will sync more reliably with your existing Square categories.
Check your setup: Visit your Square sync settings to make sure your categories are connecting properly.
