Cleaner Application Experience
Your application page just got a major upgrade. When you submit an entry, you'll now see a clean "done" state instead of all those form fields cluttering up the screen.
The edit form is still there when you need it—just click the "Edit Application" button to make changes. This keeps things tidy while still giving you full control.
Try it out: Submit an application and see how much cleaner the confirmation page looks. Need to make a change? The edit button is right there waiting for you.
Smarter Opportunity Recommendations
We've made our recommendation system way better at finding opportunities that fit you. Here's what's new:
- Fresh opportunities get priority - Calls posted in the last 48 hours now get a boost in your recommendations
- Better medium matching - We're now using more precise categories to match your work with the right opportunities
- Theme-based matching - The system can now spot thematic connections between your work and exhibition themes
- Location preferences - You can now set whether you want local, national, or international opportunities
The weekly email with your personalized recommendations also got a fresh look and better copy.
Take action: Update your artist profile and alert preferences to get even better matches. The new theme and location options are in your alerts settings.
Gallery Tools Get Easier
Gallery organizers, we heard you. Managing entries is now simpler:
- Sort by Entry ID - You can now sort applications by entry number, making it easier to reference specific submissions
- Cleaner entry views - Decided applications hide irrelevant instructions and editing options, so you focus on what matters
- Better contact layout - The "How did you hear about us?" section now uses a two-column layout that takes up less space
Gallery tip: Check out the new sorting options in your entry management dashboard. The Entry ID sort makes it much easier to find specific applications when working with your team.
