Smarter Draft Reminders
Your draft submissions now get better reminder emails. We fixed the broken links that weren't taking you to the right place. Plus, the emails look better with proper formatting and personalized details about your specific submission.
What this means for you: When you start an application but don't finish it, our reminder emails will actually help you get back to where you left off.
Try it out: Start an application for any open call, then come back to it later when you get our reminder email.
Cleaner Recommendations
We cleaned up your call recommendations. You won't see calls that require memberships you don't have. And when you search by medium, external calls will show up properly instead of getting filtered out by mistake.
We also fixed a weird bug where mediums were showing up as individual letters instead of full words. "Painting" was showing as "P-a-i-n-t-i-n-g" which wasn't helpful at all.
What this means for you: Your recommended calls will be more relevant. Less noise, more opportunities you can actually apply to.

Smoother Application Flow
The application process got several improvements. We changed some confusing copy that made it sound like every call was a competition. We also fixed various mobile browser issues that were causing crashes or broken buttons.
Your portfolio pieces now automatically get added after you submit to a call. No more manual work to keep your portfolio up to date.

This one's new. You can now follow galleries and get notified when they post new opportunities. Your recommendations will also prioritize calls from galleries you follow.
