Multiple Art Voting Rounds
We've changed some things to enable multiple voting rounds when voting per image. The important setting that determines how voting works is the "Vote for each" option in the call settings. You'll find it when you click into a call, click [settings] and then [edit], scroll down until you get to the 'Jury Settings' section on the right side of the page. It's the 4th option with the dropdown where you can select either "Entry" or "Image".

In both cases, make sure you've set the status of each entry you want the jury to see to "Show to Jury". That's the dropdown to the left of each entry in the [entries] list. After that, it depends on whether you're voting for each entry or image:

Vote for each Entry
When you're voting for each entry, the jurors click through each entry showing all of the images for that entry and they have one vote for each entry. Set the entries you don't want to include in the next round of voting to "Not accepted" by sorting the [entries] list by "Points" and changing the status of each entry based on the number of points. You can also use the "Update Status" tool in the [tools] section to change the status of multiple entries based on the number of jury points they've received.

Now use "Clear Jury Votes" in [tools] to delete all of your jury votes and ask the jury to vote again. Now they'll only be voting on the entries with status "Show to Jury" and won't see the entries marked "Not accepted". You can repeat this process as often as you like.

Vote for each Image
When you're voting for each image, the jurors again click through the entries showing all images for each entry, but now they can vote for each image. Set the status of each entry that you want the jury to vote on to 'Show to Jury'. In addition, check the status of the images by clicking [images]. The jury will only see those images that are set to 'Submitted'. Let the jury go through the first round of voting, then set the image status to "Not Accepted" for those images under a certain number of points. You can also use "Update Status" in the [tools] section for this.

Now use "Clear Jury Votes" in [tools] to delete all of your jury votes and ask the jury to vote again. Now they'll only be voting on the images with status "Submitted" and won't see the entries marked "Not Accepted". You can repeat this process as often as you like.
