Amazon S3 'elevated error rates' We use Amazon's S3 service to store our files - their AWS Service Health Dashboard currently states "We are currently investigating elevated error rates in our West Coast facilities." - that means that EntryThingy and images may not load for some people.... the problem seems to be limited to the west coast only - we'll keep you posted.
Update 10am PDT: The AWS service health dashboard now says "We are experiencing high error rates for requests routed to the West Coast facilities within the US Standard region. Requests routed to our East Coast facilities in the US Standard region are not experiencing errors."
Update 10:40 AM PDT - The AWS service health dashboard now says "We are continuing to work on resolving the issue causing high failure rates for requests routed to the West Coast facilities in the US-Standard region...."
Update 11:15 AM PDT - Looks like things are back on track - we're not seeing any errors here although the AWS service health dashboard still shows "elevated error rates".
Update 11:58 AM PDT From 8:54AM PDT to 11:24AM PDT S3 requests routed to the West Coast facilities in the US-Standard region experienced high error rates. S3 requests routed to the East Coast facilities in the US Standard region were not impacted. The issue is now resolved.
